Dr. Slater is an experienced company scientist for pharmaceutical giant 'Fertile Womb Industries'. There, he has spent the bulk of his career developing F.W.I.’s Fertility Enhancement Serum, & has

been directly in charge of the project for the last 25 years.

Attempting to stabilize the Serum’s radical & unpredictable side effects has been his life’s work. Currently he is operating out of a lab somewhere beneath Ashton Lake & is working in cooperation with billionaire Norman Fairchild to carry out the experiments necessary to finally perfect F.E.S.

He remains one of the few individuals affiliated with F.W.I. or Mr. Fairchild who has not been injected or exposed to F.E.S. in any capacity. Nor does he have the slightest desire to do so...

Presently his work seems to depend on studying H.C.P.D. Officer Tiffany Neil as a test subject of some kind. How her genetics & fertility are related to his research is unclear, but Dr. Slater & those he works for clearly have a vested interest in keeping Tiffany trapped in the town of Ashton Lake until the objectives of their mysterious science experiments have been achieved.

The doctor is an increasingly rare example of a Westerican man motivated by the pursuit of humankind’s advancement, rather than baser desires. It is unclear how deeply this affects his moral
